On January 1st, 2026 Obsidianfund.ai officially launched with 21 million DKK being managed and is now live trading in the market.
This launch comes as a natural extension of our approvals from Finanstilsynet in Denmark:

Obsidianfund.ai uses AI to analyze price trends, news flow, and financial data to execute fully automated trades. The fund is thereby an autonomous trading fund driven by a hands-off strategy that adapt.
The fund targets semi-professional and professional investors, and has a hard cap of 750 million DKK while the minimum investment is 750,000 DKK, which is in line with the standard threshold set by Finanstilsynet for registered AIFs.
New investors are onboarded on a monthly basis.
